3:45pm : Shuttle Services

Shuttles will pick up in from of the Sheraton City Center Hotel bound for Laurel Hall. Please be in the lobby no later than 3:30 to ensure an on-time departure.

4:30pm : Ceremony

The ceremony will be held at Laurel Hall on the back lawn. Please follow the side walk around to the back of the building or find an usher to help direct you.

5:00pm : Cocktail Hour

Get your party together for a complimentary professional photo. Then join us for live music, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres on the Terrace.

Join us for our First Dance as well as our Mother & Son dances during this time as well.

6:30pm : Dinner Service

Enjoy dinner, dessert and speeches in the Ballroom.

8:00pm : Party Time!

We hope that you join us on the dance floor in the Solarium!

10:00pm, 11:00pm : Shuttle Services

Take a shuttle at any of these times from Laurel Hall back to Sheraton City Centre Hotel.
